1. Educational Disclaimer (Not Officially Affiliated)

Kerala Timetable is an independent, student-driven platform designed to aggregate and organize educational resources. We are NOT officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (APJAKTU).

• All syllabi, timetables, notifications, and study materials provided on this platform are for general informational purposes only.
• While we strive to keep all information updated and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the study materials or university updates.
• Kerala Timetable is not liable for any academic outcomes, exam failures, missed deadlines, or consequences arising from changes to university syllabi or official schedules that may not be immediately reflected on our platform. Always verify critical information through official KTU portals.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Kerala Timetable owns the intellectual property rights for all proprietary code, web design, UI/UX elements, and structural organization on the platform. The educational materials (PDFs, PYQs, Syllabi) belong to their respective creators or the university.

• You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or mirror the code, design, or layout of this website without explicit written permission.
• You may download and share the provided study notes for personal, educational use.

3. WhatsApp Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, focused, and secure environment for our student community, access to our official WhatsApp groups is subject to strict rules. Kerala Timetable reserves the right to permanently remove any member who violates these terms:

• Strictly Academic Focus: Discussions must remain exclusively focused on KTU-related academics, exams, and university matters. Off-topic content, spam, and personal arguments are prohibited.
• Geographic Restrictions: For community security, phone numbers registered outside of India (e.g., country codes such as +1) are not permitted. Accounts using international virtual numbers will be instantly removed.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Taking phone numbers from the group to direct message (DM) members without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. If you receive an unsolicited DM, report the number to the admins immediately. Your identity will remain confidential, and the offender will be banned.
• Approved Partner Promotions: Unauthorized advertisements by general members are forbidden. However, community administrators may periodically share verified, relevant student opportunities (e.g., career internships or educational promotions). Kerala Timetable acts solely as a distributor for these ads and assumes no legal liability for the third-party services advertised.

4. External Links and Third-Party Tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Kerala Timetable (such as Google Drive for PDF hosting, Google AdSense for advertising, and Firebase for backend services).

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Kerala Timetable shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content or services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kerala Timetable, its founders, or its campus ambassadors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically within the State of Kerala, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
