Kerala Timetable is an independent, student-driven repository designed to organize educational resources. We are absolutely NOT officially affiliated with, endorsed by, monitored by, or connected to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (APJAKTU).

• All syllabi, study notes, question archives, notifications, and timetables provided on this platform are strictly for general informational purposes.
• While we make reasonable efforts to maintain update consistency, we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the complete accuracy, official confirmation, or final reliability of these materials.
• Kerala Timetable holds zero liability for any academic outcomes, loss of grade points, internal evaluations, exam registration issues, or scheduling conflicts resulting from sudden university syllabus alterations that are not yet synchronized with our local search systems. Users are explicitly directed to verify critical timelines on official KTU portals.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Smart Search Tools

Unless explicitly stated, Kerala Timetable owns the proprietary rights for all underlying web layout structures, local scripts, custom styling, and automated search engine functionalities on the site. The educational resources (PDFs, university papers) belong to their respective creators or the university.

• Our script-driven, client-side sitemap search engine is provided to assist students with fast routing. Kerala Timetable does not guarantee that automated keyword evaluation will perfectly locate or accurately identify every target course code or resource variation.
• You are strictly prohibited from scraping our source code, systematically duplicating our internal pages, or mimicking the site structure without prior written authorization.

3. Vortex eFootball Tournament Regulations

By registering for the Vortex eFootball Tournament hosted independently by Kerala Timetable, participants explicitly consent to the following performance and operational terms:

• Nominal Entry Fee: The ₹5 registration fee goes entirely towards event bracketing management, platform upkeep, and the community prize pool structure. This payment is final and completely non-refundable, except in the event of total cancellation of the season by the administration.
• Independent Gaming Rulings: Kerala Timetable operates this tournament strictly as a community gaming showcase. We assume zero liability for structural errors inside Konami's eFootball server architecture, network connection drops, game crashes, or device incompatibilities. Banning or qualification rulings made by our designated administrative panel regarding back-passing, network manipulation, or toxic actions are absolute and binding.
• Data Security: Participant gaming IDs, names, and contact channels collected through secure forms will be used strictly for match synchronization and bracket verification. This registry data is highly protected and will never be shared or distributed to external databases.

4. WhatsApp Community Guidelines & Privacy Protection

To preserve a secure, distraction-free environment for thousands of KTU engineering students, our official WhatsApp channels and groups operate under non-negotiable compliance parameters:

• Strictly Academic & Official Focus: All conversations must align strictly with APJAKTU notifications, module updates, exam schedules, and technical queries. Off-topic spam, forwarding rumors, or personal arguments will yield an immediate ban.
• Zero Tolerance for Unsolicited Contact: Extracting phone numbers from our group memberships to send unsolicited Direct Messages (DMs) without explicit member consent is strictly illegal under our code of conduct. Anyone reported for harassing group members via DMs will be permanently banned, and their contact information may be reported to appropriate communication registries. We prioritize absolute protection for student privacy.
• Geographic and Account Rules: We restrict community membership strictly to localized Indian mobile registries (e.g., country code +91). International virtual lines, VOIP numbers, or cross-border registries (such as +1 codes) are completely banned to maintain community trust and verification filters.

5. Disclaimers for Partner Promotions, Internships, & Advertisements

Kerala Timetable periodically partners with verified educational vendors, software development platforms, or student training institutes to serve relevant ad slots or share specific career opportunities within our channels.

• Notice Board Status: Kerala Timetable acts strictly as a neutral publisher or distributor for third-party advertisements, internship notices, or premium sponsor materials.
• No Legal Endorsement: We do not verify, manage, guarantee, or assume legal liability for the hiring practices, corporate legitimacy, operational frameworks, or monetary transactions of any advertising partner or external internship provider.
• User Due Diligence: Students are strongly advised to perform independent safety checks before transferring fees, submitting personal resumes, or sharing sensitive personal details with any external advertiser or training vendor found via links on this site.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kerala Timetable, its network founders, development coordinators, or site ambassadors be held responsible or legally liable for any consequential, incidental, technical, or punitive damages—including but not limited to hosting dropouts, API processing bottlenecks, broken Google Drive file pathways, or server status lag—resulting from your reliance on our tools.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the regulatory legal frameworks of India. Any legal disputes or compliance resolutions arising directly out of platform interactions shall fall strictly under the judicial jurisdiction of courts within the State of Kerala.
