When you click to view or download a resource, you may interact with Google's infrastructure, which is governed by Google’s standard privacy terms. We do not track or collect personal data from your Google Account during this process.
• Campus Ambassador Program: When you apply for our Campus Ambassador Program, we collect personal information including your Name, WhatsApp Number, and College Name. This data is used strictly for program coordination, internal verification, and outreach, and will never be shared or sold.
• Polls & Trend Radar: We use Google Firebase to handle and store response data from our live interactive student polls and exam review trackers. This community feedback data is collected entirely anonymously and is never tied back to an individual user identity.
• Browser Push Notifications: We offer opt-in push notifications via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to send instant university updates, status history alerts, and timetable changes. Firebase manages secure notification tokens to deliver these alerts. You can opt out or disable notifications at any time directly through your web browser's settings.
• Log Files: Like many standard websites, Kerala Timetable utilizes automated log files. The information inside includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and click counts. These are strictly used for server performance metrics and are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

2. WhatsApp Community Privacy & Guidelines

Kerala Timetable operates an official WhatsApp community to provide instant university announcements. We take the safety and privacy of our student community incredibly seriously. To maintain a focused and secure environment, the following rules apply:

• 🔴 Important Privacy Notice: Taking phone numbers from our WhatsApp groups to direct message (DM) members without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This is a secure, monitored educational community, and anyone found bothering or harassing others will be instantly and permanently removed.
• Geographic Restrictions: To ensure community security and relevance, phone numbers registered outside of India (e.g., country codes such as +1) are not permitted. Accounts utilizing international virtual numbers will not be accepted into the community and are subject to immediate removal.
• Strictly Academic Discussions: Group discussions must remain exclusively focused on APJAKTU-related academics, exams, and university matters. General members are strictly prohibited from posting off-topic content, spam, or unauthorized advertisements.
• Approved Partner Promotions: While member advertisements are prohibited, community administrators may occasionally share verified, highly relevant student opportunities (such as career internships or educational promotions). Kerala Timetable acts solely as a distributor for these opportunities and holds no legal liability or responsibility for the third-party services advertised.
• Reporting Unwanted Contact: If you receive any unsolicited DMs from a group member, please report the number directly to the site administrators. We will take immediate action and keep your identity completely confidential. Respect everyone's privacy.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

Kerala Timetable uses standard browser "cookies" to optimize user experience. These cookies store information including visitor preferences and the specific pages on the website that the visitor accessed. This data allows us to optimize page load speeds and customize our front-end interfaces based on browser configurations.

4. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie

Google is a third-party advertising vendor on our site.
